Dr. Coates has been practicing in North Tacoma since 2000 and Chiropractic since 1996.  She is a mother of two daughters and also enjoys being in the outdoors, hiking, cycling, running and when time allows she occasionally competes in a triathlon or two.  Dr. Coates' husband, Philip owns 21 Cellars, one of Tacoma's first wineries, which you can find downstairs, below Coates Chiropractic.

At Coates Chiropractic you will know you have come to the right place.  Our comfortable, professional, quality care starts with attentive listening skills and continues with courteous, caring and comprehensive care.  Dr. Coates offers a variety of either low or high force techniques to meet your needs.  Here you are an individual and not a number.

Dr. Coates loves chiropractic because it is part of a healthy lifestyle.  Along with eating nutritiously and exercising, having herself and family adjusted regularly keeps them all well, active and overall healthy.   Being able to adjust patients and help them get out of pain and then share her knowledge of health and exercise to prevent further injuries is very exciting to Dr. Coates.  We take care of the problem and don't make you come for the rest of your life.
