July Walking Challenge
During the month of July join us for a walking challenge. We want to help you to get moving! Walking is such a great way to get outside, burn extra calories, keep your heart and muscles strong, stabilize your blood sugar, keep your brain functioning, elevate your mood…….and everyone can do it!!!!
Come see how many miles and how many days you can walk during the month of July by participating in our walking challenge. Dr. Coates is doing it, Trish is doing it; come and join us!
How it works: Sign up at Coates Chiropractic before June 25th and we will provide the pedometers (which you will get to keep) and a chart for you to track your mileage. Each week you can come or phone in and write your mileage on our white board so you can see how you are doing compared to others. At the end of July bring your total mileage in and we will tabulate who walked the most days and who walked the farthest.
Whoever doesn't win the prize wins better health, which is the BEST prize of all! I guarantee you will feel better and hopefully will begin a new habit - exercising or walking regularly - and for the record, my dog is always available for going on a walk!
